Our consulting work is built for organizations that have already invested in awareness and are now looking for results. We focus on the operational practice of leadership and culture: the disciplined, sustained work of changing what people do when conditions are difficult and pressure is real.
The methodology draws on three traditions. Military leadership, where small-unit behavior under pressure is a matter of survival. Academic research on behavior change, organizational psychology, and implementation science. And more than a decade of applied consulting work with executives at growing enterprises.
How we work
Diagnostic first. Most failed consulting engagements trace to misdiagnosis. Before we recommend an intervention, we work to understand whether the challenge is operational, behavioral, or systemic. An operational problem gets an operational solution. A behavioral pattern gets a behavioral intervention. The diagnostic protocol comes before the prescription.
Designed for context. We do not run a deck of best practices. Each engagement is built for the specific organization, with protocols designed around the firm's existing culture, operational rhythms, and constraints.
Measurement built in. Engagements are scoped around specific behavior change outcomes, tracked over the life of the work. We measure what people do under pressure, not whether they completed a workshop.
Implementation through to adoption. Engagements run six to twenty-four months because behavior change requires that long. We stay through implementation rather than handing off a framework and leaving.

The Execution Audit
A three-week diagnostic that pinpoints where critical leadership behavior holds, slips, or breaks across your organization.
We run structured interviews with five to eight of your senior leaders and score one critical behavior on the Breakpoint Grid, a proprietary 3×3 framework that maps where the behavior holds, slips, or breaks across three organizational levels and three stages of the knowing-doing chain.
Walk out of the readout with a prioritized, measurable action set.
The grid produces a specific diagnosis on two axes. The horizontal read names which step is failing. A buy-in problem and an execution-under-pressure problem need different fixes, and many organizations apply the wrong one. The vertical read tells you how deeply the behavior is rooted in your structure, which determines whether a fix will hold or evaporate.
